List your own private parking space — a driveway, garage, carport, or open bay. Ideal for homeowners, strata lot holders, and property managers with one or more spaces to rent out.
How Individual Listing Works
Steps 1–6 walk you through the listing form. Steps 7–9 cover managing your listing once it is live.
The first step covers the essentials of your listing: where it is, how drivers access it, and what you charge.
- Search your address using the Google-powered lookup — it fills the form automatically
- Add bay number and level if applicable (e.g. Bay B15, Level 2)
- Give your listing a clear title (e.g. "Secure undercover car space near CBD")
- Select how drivers access the space: pin code, key card, fob/remote, gate, attendant, or unrestricted
- Set your price per day, week, or month — you can update this anytime
- Add an optional refundable bond if drivers need to borrow physical access items (fobs, swipe cards, keys)
- Select amenities: covered parking, EV charging, security cameras, 24/7 access, and more
- Write a brief description of the space — mention anything a driver would want to know
- Optional: write a confirmation message with access instructions — it is automatically sent to drivers when they book
- If your space is part of a community, check "This parking space is part of an existing community" and enter your community code here
Access instructions added here are included automatically in the driver's booking confirmation email — no need to follow up manually.
